Best Options
I’ll come up with land options in the best areas of Perth. If you have your own block, check with the shire and diligence on the lot. R codes,
setbacks, site coverage, easements, ETC.
STEP THREE
The Design
Decide on the design, from many to choose from secure paperwork started, think colours, power points and buying new furniture!
STEP FOUR
Engage a builder
Engage with a builder view showroom, explaining inclusions, how long it takes to build.
STEP FIVE
Finance
Commence finance pre-approval
STEP SIX
Review
Block on hold, review areas estates. If clients have land, call up shires, due diligence site costs associated.
STEP SEVEN
Get Rolling!
Secure the initial paperwork and get the ball rolling!
