With over 13 years experience of helping hundreds of clients, Ivano lives and breathes new homes. He puts his passion into every home and truly treats each build like his own.
Ivano has worked for many reputable new home groups and that has given them a unique insight into the industry. He sees an opportunity for new home clients to have to need a trusted, professional and transparent advisor when entering into their new build journey.
He works in areas from Two Rocks in the North, to Roleystone in the east, down to Halls’s head and the Peel region in the south.
In his own time, you’ll find him spending time with friends & family while enjoying good food. Ivano also enjoys watching a huge amount of sports as well as getting outdoors and taking advantage of beautiful Perth!

Where do you build?
We build in the Perth metro area. I build on infill or brownfield sites or new estates. up to two rocks, chittering, down to north Dandalup.
Have you built a home before?
Yep, loved it want to build again happy to share my experience. Can’t wait to build again. Did you know lots of sales consultants have never actually built their own home!

I should charge money coz I cover heaps and heaps!!! Yes, they are free. I get paid only when my clients get a beautiful new home!
What do you do?
If your goal is home ownership, it doesn’t matter who you are, how much money you have or what occupation you are from. My main goal is to provide the best and most trustworthy service to people, so they have the absolute best build. I do literally all the running around from putting people in touch with the best construction finance guys. Help sourcing the best blocks and finally listening to design your best new home! I do it all…. bar building the home!
