I’ll produce land options in the best areas of Perth. If you have your own block, check with the shire and diligence on the lot. R codes,
setbacks, site coverage, easements, ETC.
STEP THREE
The Design
Decide on the design, from many to choose from secure paperwork started, think colors, power points and buying contemporary furniture!
STEP FOUR
Engage a builder
Engage with a builder view showroom, explaining inclusions, how long it takes to build.

Finance
Commence finance pre-approval

Review
